TANKI Asset License Agreement (English Version) This License Agreement (the "Agreement") governs the use of the "TANKI" mahjong asset (the "Asset") provided by Lieselotte. By purchasing, downloading, or using the Asset, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Asset. 1. Grant of License - This is an individual, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only within VRChat. - You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the Asset in your personal VRChat worlds for non-monetized purposes. - Modifications to the Asset are permitted for your personal use, but any modified versions must comply with all terms of this Agreement. 2. Restrictions - Prohibition on Redistribution and Sale: Redistribution and sale of this data are prohibited. Modifications to this data are permitted, but redistribution and sale of any modified data (hereinafter referred to as "modified data") are prohibited. - VRChat Exclusive Use: The Asset may only be used within VRChat. Use in any other platform, software, or environment is strictly forbidden. - Individual Use Only: This license is for individuals only. Use by any companies, organizations, corporations, or groups is not permitted. - No Monetization: The Asset may not be used in any monetized VRChat worlds, including but not limited to worlds with paid access, donations, sponsorships, or any form of revenue generation. Use is limited to free, non-commercial worlds. - No Public or Commercial Exploitation: You may not upload the Asset (or modified versions) to public repositories outside of VRChat, share it directly with others, or use it in any way that allows third-party access outside of your uploaded VRChat worlds. No use in commercial projects. - No Reverse Engineering: You may not decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer the Asset except as necessary for permitted modifications. - No Derivative Works for Distribution: While personal modifications are allowed, you may not create derivative works for distribution, sale, or public sharing. 3. Copyright and Ownership - The copyright of this data belongs to Lieselotte. - All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved by Lieselotte. The Asset is protected by copyright laws and international treaties. 4. Additional Common Terms - No Warranty: The Asset is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Lieselotte is not responsible for any damages arising from use of the Asset. - Termination: This license terminates automatically if you violate any terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Asset. - Updates and Support: Lieselotte may provide updates at their discretion, but is not obligated to do so. No technical support is guaranteed. - Attribution: If you use the Asset in a personal world, you are encouraged (but not required) to credit Lieselotte in the world description. - Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States of America. Q1. このアセットを使って作ったワールドを「Public」で公開してもいいですか？ A. はい、問題ありません。 Public / Private どれでも自由にアップロード・公開可能です。（収益化ワールドでなければOK） Q2. VRChatのグループ（VRC Group）で使う場合は「団体・法人」扱いになりますか？ A. いいえ、なりません。 以下の条件を守っていただければグループでの使用も個人利用とみなします。 ・グループメンバーにアセットデータ（UnitypackageやPrefabなど）を直接配布・共有しない ・ワールドは購入者ご本人のアカウントからアップロードする → これでOKです。グループで遊ぶこと自体は全く問題ありません。 Q3. Udonスクリプトに自分でコードを書き足したり改造するのは「リバースエンジニアリング」に違反しますか？ A. いいえ、違反しません。 個人利用の範囲内でUdonを改造・追加するのは明確に許可されています。 （改造後のデータ配布・販売だけは禁止です） 他に気になる点があればお気軽にリプかDMください！
